BNPL як інноваційна бізнес-модель

Анотація

У статті проаналізовано особливості бізнес-моделей провайдерів BNPL на прикладі провідних зарубіжних платформ та розглянуто інноваційні зміни в бізнес-моделях е-торговців при впровадженні цього методу здійснення платежів. BNPL – це вид короткострокового кредитування, який дає споживачам змогу оплачувати покупки протягом певного періоду часу без відсотків. Поява цієї послуги призвела до формування інноваційної бізнес-моделі як провайдера послуги, так і електронного торговця, що її пропонує. Показано, що інтеграція сервісу BNPL змушує е-торговців переглядати основні складові бізнес-моделі, коригувати або розробляти нові пропозиції цінності, реструктуризувати потоки доходів і витрат, залучати нові ресурси та партнерів. Досліджено стан, особливості та фактори успішності впровадження таких інноваційних моделей електронними торговцями та фінансовими установами України.
